Shooting in China

So this weekend, we went away on a mission to Zhu Hai, for a clay pigon shooting competition- What I thought was going to be a very ra ra weekend, turned out to be super fun- I laughed more than I have in ages. We all got a bit over excited and decided to go to macau on sunday for a bit of lunch and a gamble- we left with a smile and a bunch of rad new mates

Oh and Harry was the cup winner! :)

If you don't know marc johns, check out his site... I'm obsessed by his quirky sketches....

While its still to soon to talk details, I can however say that this is an organic.sustainable.hippychic.awesome.paradise.perfect.project I know that sounds a bit OTT but you've got to trust me on this one! Because of this, I've been researching all things cool, and have gathered a ton of supercool images from all over the place. I'd like to share some of them with you along the way... Like this, how rad is this wave made out of recycled plastic bottles?!?! I actually don't condone the use of plastic bottles, but thought this was a pretty rad way to work them into art....

Pasta!

So my friend Laura and I were a bit bored last week, so we walked ourselves to our closest italian deli and decided to buy a pasta machine! It turned out to be pretty easy (although you do need two people) and what can I say? fresh pasta is amazing! We made tagliatelli, and served it with raw zucchini strips, extra virgin olive oil, fresh thyme, pecorino cheese and shaved truffles to top. It was amazingly light, and wonderful
